  • Aside from being a therapist

I am a wife, a mom, and a person that loves to listen (like, truly actively listen) and connect to others. I believe we need more acceptance and understanding and less fixing. I love to be in nature, as well as enjoy a cozy evening inside watching a good movie. I enjoy listening to podcasts and music. And I truly love learning. Learning about people, mental health, neuroscience, and wellness. I can’t wait to connect and learn more about you.

  • My approach to therapy.

My approach to our work together is grounded in connection, openness, honesty, and trust. In our sessions I hope you feel safe enough to come and express the parts of you that might feel big and scary without judgement, or figure out together how to do that. I view my place in our dynamic as a person who will allow space fo you to explore, feel, grow, learn, play, and connect. I will ask lots of questions, I will listen, we will cry, laugh, and feel uncomfortable at times together. I will honor you and your journey and gently encourage you, when you are ready, to expand and shift. I utilize storytelling, collaboration, movement, advocacy, empowerment, education, and a holistic lens in my practice. I specialize in areas of trauma, relationships, with self and others, life transitions, and anxiety. I draw from several different schools of practice, but all of them have a central tenet of placing importance on our relationship: on connecting with you, creating safety for you, and allowing you to feel truly and deeply seen.
